
- [ ] 2-4 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- [ ] 3 cups chopped carrots, I like big chunks
- [ ] 4 cups chopped potatoes, big chunks
- [ ] 1 large chopped onion, big chunks
- [ ] 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- [ ] 1 pack brown gravy mix
- [ ] 1 cup stock (veggie, beef or chicken)
- [ ] 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- [ ] Salt and pepper
Season your roast well (on all sides) with salt and pepper. Add it to your crock pot. In a bowl combine your COM, Worcestershire, brown gravy and stock. Pour all over your roast, put on the lid and cook for 6-8 hours on low or until falling apart tender. Add in your veggies and try to cover completely in your liquid. Cook for another hour or two or until tender. Serve over rice and with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
