
-2 cans of salmon, drained and picked (I don’t pick out the bones I just crush them but do what you’d like!)
- half sleeve of saltines, crushed
- 1/3 cup of finely diced onion
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
Combine ingredients well and form into small patties by hand. Heat oil/butter over medium high skillet and add in half of your patties. Allow to form a golden crust around the edges (4-5 mins) before flipping and doing the same on the second side. Remove and drain onto a paper towel and repeat with your second batch of Patties.
For the quick sauce:
-1/2 cup Mayo
-2 TBSP chili sauce
-2 tsp Dijon
-1/2 TBSP Worcestershire
-splash of lemon juice (1/2 TBSP?)
-dash of Cajun season (or if you don’t have it, paprika, onion and garlic will do)
Combine well and refrigerate for a bit before using.
