
- [ ] 4 cups diced bread, about 1/2 inch cubes
- [ ] 3-4 TBSP avacado oil
- [ ] 1 tsp each onion, garlic, oregano, salt
Toss everything together in a gallon ziplock bag and spread evenly into a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins or until crispy. Allow to cool then store in a mason jar (I store mine in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!)
