
Ingredients:

1 stick of butter

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

1/2 cup milk

3 cups oats (I use quick oats)

1 cup peanut butter

2 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt
In a sauce pan combine your first four ingredients-first melting your butter. Whisk together and allow it to come to a gentle boil. Boil for one minute whisking as it boils. Turn off the heat and add your remaining 4 ingredients, mixing them in well. Lay out a large sheet of parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment paper. Allow them to coo, refrigerate to harden and enjoy! Store extras in an air tight container in the fridge for several days (if they last that long!)
