
Ingredients:
-1 & 1/2 stick butter, browned and cooled
-1 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
-1 3/4 cup flour
-1 egg + 1 egg yolk
-1 TBSP vanilla
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp sea salt
-1 1/2 cup semi sweet chips
-1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
Using a hand mixer combine your cooled browned butter and sugars. Add in your egg, egg yolk and vanilla and mix well. Sift in your flour, baking soda and salt together. Now fold in all of your chocolate. Cover and refridgerate for 30 mins while your oven preheats.
Be sure and spread these apart well and use a silicone baking mat, parchment paper or spray your pan.
Bake 350 for 10-12 mins, turning your pan every 5 mins to endure they cook evenly.
