Southern Style Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

3 TSBP whole milk

2 TBSP pickle juice (I love this flavor the best!) or white vinegar

1 TBSP sugar

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 medium head of cabbage, finely diced

**(I like my slaw sort of chunky so I diced mine with a knife. If you prefer finely minced you can always use an electric chopper for it and your carrot.)**

1 large whole carrot, grated

Put your cabbage and carrot into a large Tupperware bowl that has an air tight lid. Stir the cabbage and carrot together well and set to the side. In a small separate bowl add your mayo, milk, pickle juice, sugar and pepper. Whisk them together well! Pour your mayo/milk mixture all over the top of your cabbage and carrots and mix them together well. Put your lid onto your bowl and stick in the fridge for at least a couple of hours! Enjoy, friends!
