
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked white rice (I use Jasmine)
- 1 can of cream of garlic and mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 cups of chopped steamed broccoli
- 3-4 cups of shredded chicken (a rotisserie is a great shortcut!)
- 1 TBSP French onion soup mix or seasoning, or ranch powder would be good too!
- 1/2-1 cup of chicken stock
- plenty of salt and pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 baking dish. Combine everything aside from the cheese in a large bowl (Add more or less chicken stock to keep it nice a moist. You don’t want it to dry out in the oven.). Spread it out into your baking dish. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake until bubbly, about 20-30 mins. Enjoy!
