
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1-12 oz. bag of egg noodles
- 1 TBSP diced garlic
- 2 TBSP worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook your ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add your garlic when your beef is nearly done and stir until fragrant. Salt and pepper your beef to taste and add your broth, milk and egg noodles. Stir well until all of the noodles are well covered in liquid them cover and turn the heat down to a gentle simmer. Cook your paste according to the directions or for about 12-15 mins, stirring every 3 or so mins to make sure your noodles cook evenly. If your liquid cooks out before your noodles are done, just add more water as needed. Once your noodles are done, turn off your heat and add in your sour cream. Stir until well incorporated and serve. This is a quick and easy version and can be spruced up with mushrooms, cheese and more! Hope you enjoy!
