- [ ] 2 cloves garlic, minced
- [ ] 2 TBSP butter
- [ ] 1 cup orzo pasta
- [ ] 1.5 cups chicken stock
- [ ] 1 cup heavy cream
- [ ] 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- [ ] Salt and pepper
Melt your butter in a large skillet in medium heat. Add in your orzo pasta and garlic and sauté until garlic is fragrant, 1-2 mins. Add in your chicken stock, salt + pepper and lower the heat to a gentle simmer. Add the cream, stir and put the lid on and allow to cook according the the pasta directions being sure to store frequently to prevent sticking. If it starts to become dry, add more chicken stock. Once the pasta is done, add your Parmesan cheese and stir until combined and melted. Enjoy as a side to so many delicious entrees or just eat it alone because it’s that good
