Garlic Cheese Bread

You Will Need:

One large loaf of French Bread (Sometimes i use wheat French - and honestly, you can make the spread and add it to pretty much any kind of bread!)

2 sticks of softened butter

1 cup mayo

2 cloves minced garlic

1 TBSP chopped fresh parsley

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

-

Slice your loaf of bread directly down the center and open it onto a baking sheet so that the inside in facing up. In a bowl add all of your remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn your broiler on and make sure your oven rack is on the bottom. Spread the buttery, cheesy goodness all over your loaves of bread making sure you get all the way to all the edges. Don't leave any spots! Stick your pan on the bottom rack and broil until melted and golden. I always make sure to stay right beside the oven so i don't forget and burn it. This garlic cheese bread will change your life! It goes so well with any dish.

An optional twist is to add chopped cooked bacon to the mix and serve with marinara sauce for an easy meal! So good!
